WHAT TO EXPECT

Clean and Safe

We want you to feel safe

During these unprecedented times, safety is a top priority. Weekly, we strive to create a safe, clean, and healthy environment for you to worship God in.

Our Saftey Procedures:

  • We spray down high touch points with an industrial-grade disinfectant
  • Weekly we fog the entire building with an industrial-grade disinfectant.
  • Weekly we fog our HVAC system with an industrial-grade disinfectant to ensure we have clean air flowing in the building.
  • Masks must be worn in the building. However, once you’re seated, you can remove them for worship. If you forget yours or need on, we have disposable masks at each entrance.
  • We have rows of seats blocked off to help create space for social distancing.

How You Can Help:

  • Please social distance as much as possible while in the building
  • Please wear a mask.
  • Instead of handshakes or hugs, try air hugs and elbow bumps.
  • Use hand sanitizer when you enter the building and when you leave. We have hand sanitizer stations at each entrance and throughout the building.

Keeping our Kids Safe

Making sure your kids have a safe environment to learn about God is our number one concern! We believe in investing in the next generation. So we are doing all we can to make Venture Kids a fun and safe place to grow and learn spiritually.

Our Saftey Procedures:

  • Weekly we fog each classroom and meeting space with an industrial-grade disinfectant.
  • Each week we thoroughly clean the entire Venture Kids area from the floor up.
  • Furniture, touch surfaces, and toys are disinfected regularly.
  • Masks are worn by all leaders at all times.
  • Keeping with Keller ISD regulations, Masks are required to be worn by kids in K–6th grade.
  • We have leaders in place to help maintain social distancing in the hallways and learning environments.
  • To help with social distancing, only one guardian may drop off and pick up.
  • Hand sanitizer stations are located throughout the Kids area.
  • Supplies and crafts will be individually packaged and cannot be shared with other kids.
  • Temporarily, we will not be serving snacks or any other food or drinks.
  • The Dock, our play place, will be closed (temporarily).

What our worship service is like

Our services are designed to not only encourage and reenergize us spiritually but also are a place that we can be an active part of the experience.

Our Worship Style

Our worship is very contemporary and is prayerfully produced each week, with mostly volunteers, with one goal in mind… to usher in the life-changing presence of God. Every aspect of worship, from the lighting, the graphics, and the music, is planned with this in mind.

For an example, check out the video. Also, you can check out last week’s live stream.

The Teaching

Our teaching is first and foremost based on the solid foundation of God’s word, the Bible. Each week you can expect the truth of God to be taught in ways that will encourage you while also challenging you to grow spiritually.

For examples, please check out last week’s live stream or one of our many sermons on demand.

Frequently Asked Questions

WHERE DO I GO WHEN I GET THERE?

When you walk into the building, you’ll be met by our greeting team. If you’re confused at all about where to go, just ask. They will make sure you get to where you need to go. If you need anything throughout the day, feel free to stop by the Guest Center. Or, just ask anyone with a Venture Church lanyard or name tag. We’d love to serve you.

WHAT DO YOU DO FOR KIDS?

During both our 9:00 & 10:30am services, we also offer specially designed worship services for children. At each time, there is a service for children in grades K-3 and another for children in grades 4-6. Each service is designed to engage children in their specific age group.

Your child’s safety and experience are really important to us. Your child will be registered and given a name tag with a code. You will be given a tag with your child’s unique code so you can know that you’ll be the only one allowed to pick up your child after service.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Don’t feel like you have to dress up. Most people wear casual attire, but you are welcome to wear whatever makes you comfortable.

HOW LONG IS THE SERVICE?

Services last about one hour. We start by singing three to four songs, which are followed by a sermon. If you want to see our preaching style, check out our current series.

If you’re visiting for the first time, we want to know! You are a very important person to us! So please fill out a communication card or stop by the Guest Center. We’d love to meet you and answer any questions you may have.
